Spectacle reparis explained

Glasses may require repair due to a range of issues, such as broken frames, loose hinges, or scratched lenses. Regular wear and tear, accidental damage, or prolonged exposure to extreme conditions can all contribute to the need for professional repairs.

We will always try our best to repair your favourite frames, regardless of where they were purchased. However, please note that repairs conducted on frames purchased elsewhere are at the risk and responsibility of the patient.

If you are eligible for corporate eye care vouchers, your employer will supply an e-voucher and you can contact us to arrange an appointment. Make sure you bring the voucher with you when you come for your appointment. You may also be able to get a discount on new eyewear if they are to be worn specifically for work.
